Deprecate [era] transaction view

#840 is going to make it to 9.0.1.0. As a consequence, we want to start the process to remove the [era] transaction view command. So this issue keeps track of keeping [era] transaction view in the next release ([edit] this was done in 9.3.0.0), but removing its functionality and tell the user to use debug transaction view instead

• Remove functionality of era transaction view and advice user to use debug transaction view [edit] This is Make "[era] transaction view" command fail and advice to use "debug transaction view" instead #858. Landed in 9.3.0.0
• Then remove [era] transaction view altogether.
