[BUG] (regression) - Missing metrics (EKG) since 1.34.0 (uptime and basicinfo.*)

Summary
Since 1.34.0 some important metrics (uptime, version, etc...) are missing

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. use 1.34.0 instead of 1.33.0

Expected behavior
The following metrics should be available:
cardano.node.metrics.nodeStartTime.int
cardano.node.basicInfo.* (none of the basicinfo metrics are available)

I did not test in producer mode so maybe other related metrics are missing.
