Summary
After upgrading to version 9.1.0 I have noiced that my relay is taking a long time to restart up to 3h.
Steps to reproduce
Start the node until is fully started
Run the cmd : sudo systemctl restart cnode.service
Node takes 3h to start.

Expected behavior
Node sould be up after 15min-20min

System info (please complete the following information):

  • OS Name: Ubuntu
  • OS Version 20.04
  • Node version (9.1.0`)
  • CLI version (9.1.0`)

I started the sanchonet on Cardano-node version 9.1.0, which took around 40 minutes. However, starting the mainnet took approximately 3 hours. The impact of this issue is that it can affect node performance and network participation.
