I have used this app a lot in the past and even within the last few months on windows 11. Today, while troubleshooting a game that may crash when compressed I decided to run compactgui to try to uncompress that folder specifically but compact GUI will not launch. I get the 2 processes popping up for a second then vanishing. I've got no idea why it's not working anymore.

Resolved by deleting files in AppData\Local\IridiumIO\CompactGUI
