Declaw migrate_7x_claw?

As part of the general phasing out of the "CLAW" brand, should we rename https://github.com/Islandora-Devops/migrate_7x_claw to something like https://github.com/Islandora-Devops/migrate_7x ?

This may be extremely nitpicky, but migrate_7x_claw gives a user an immediate clue as to what the thing does. It migrates from 7.x to CLAW. Id say instead of just dropping the CLAW bit, it should instead be something like migrate_7x_to_8x, or in the spirit of the Python "2to3" module, migrate_7to8.
