This directory https://github.com/Islandora-CLAW/Alpaca/tree/master/islandora-indexing-triplestore should be removed, it is old/wrong and replaced by the stuff inside https://github.com/Islandora-CLAW/Alpaca/tree/master/indexing/islandora-indexing-triplestore (which has actual code in it).
