Right now, what features we import are hard-coded. We should use a configurable list similar to enabling modules.

After adding the list to inventory/vagrant/group_vars/webserver/drupal.yml, update roles/internal/webserver-app/tasks/drupal.yml to use the list in the Import Features task.
