relevant error:

Caused by: edu.harvard.hul.ois.fits.exceptions.FitsToolException: jpylyzer cannot be used on this system

Which seems to correspond to harvard-lts/fits#389, which despite the title of the issue seems boil down to the fact that our container needs to have a working python, with that library, and Fits needs to be able to run it.
