This is just a cleanup ticket in preparation for #448. I'm unneccesarily nesting projects within subfolders, and I think that's going to cause confusion in the long run. I'm going to pull the triplestore indexer out of its 'indexing' subfolder and put each bundle in its own top-level directory a la fcrepo-camel-toolbox.
