Add ActiveMQ to islandora repo's travis install #466

We'll need to do some basic integration tests with publishing to a message broker from Drupal. We're sticking to ActiveMQ as a default, so let's add it to the travis script and start it up.

Oh ho ho... no you can't use apt. Well, not like how you'd expect: https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/installing-dependencies/#Installing-Packages-on-Container-Based-Infrastructure

@Islandora-CLAW/committers This PR is FINALLY PASSING. Had some serious hoops to jump through with a PECL install and some pipes. This is ready for review.
