The CLAW components are tested on Travis (i.e. Ubuntu), but it would make sense to run windows-based tests as well. While there are probably several systems that do this, I have been very happy with AppVeyor: it's free and easy to set up, plus you can put a nifty badge on your github repo.

You can find a sample configuration here.
