Added snappings and better "middle marker" support

• This version adds snapping when drawing a route and also allows to add a point in the middle of the route with ease.
• A legend popup was added.
• Few other small issues. see relevant milestone.

Routing per segment

This release breaks previous address bar syntax since it adds routing per segment.
Few bug fixes and enhancements as well.

First site release with angularJS

The site contains the following modifications:

1. completely rewritten using angular & typescript.
2. added brouter routing.
3. added ability to draw routes.
4. added ability to add markers.
5. added ability to open-edit-save-share routes.
6. kept all previous functionality: hash, search, location, zoom, layers.
