Wrap calls to problematic targets in blocks with recover
- ttn
- upgrade mlinux
Add force_handlers = yes to the defaults section of ansible.cfg
Ensure ttn-lw-cli is logged in when running ansible-playbook
- In both bin/run and container entrypoint
