Initial release

Stops certain plugins from showing unfunny or unwanted content on certain days in the year. Currently prevents april fools or earth day from being recognized by any plugins, such as JDFixer.

Should work for most recent game versions despite being intended for 1.29.0, as it does not depend on any game-related code.

NOTE: This isn't intended to undermine the ethics and importance of earth day, just if you're going to spread a message as a pop-up in players peripheral vision while they're playing, then please only show it once or allow an option to disable it.
