Implement multilingual support in the application:
- Add language selection options on the homepage.
- Translate all static text and labels to the selected language.
- Ensure compatibility with right-to-left languages.
- Test the application thoroughly in each supported language.
- Allow HR managers to post job descriptions in multiple languages.
