Description:
Ensure that only available jobs are displayed and provide a mechanism to update job availability.

Tasks:

Implement a filter to exclude unavailable jobs from job listings.
Create an endpoint to update the availability status of jobs.

Expected Outcome:
Users will only see available jobs, and there will be a way to update the availability status of job postings.
