im also successfully ran your train.py , exactly i got best.pth now there are two problems. first is i want get .png files after running some ppredict.py file. but i didn't find your predict.py . another problem is i got .nii file while running the train_spayse.py fil, are they the predicted result? i want get 2-d imas result, how can i modify your program? thank you for your answer!
