The license choice here is outdated and should probably be CC BY SA or some variant more adept for text like the GNU free docs.

Implement this when migrating to an actual IPNS config whereby the code is Affero and the content is CCBYSA

Since we're going to do the site architecture here, let's migrate LICENSE-code to Affero and CC for LICENSE-content1

  1. I would sincerely prefer LICENSE-docs for 4-word matching organization happiness, but I think it's a little too formal for most things and derived content, so I will succumb on this point.
