occurs immediately after I add it to the project
I tried to add it to new projects, but the errors are still the same.

Hello, are you importing the project via VCC/VPM?
Also did it print other error messages? I just seeing it prints out can't find Locale related types from your screenshot, seems it was cause by other errors.
