Routing helper: Mark relation members on map

Mark all relation members on the map in a temporary layer, the relation member that's currently active in the routing helper should be highlighted, so it can be distinguished from the other members.

I'd suggest to mark the members in white with something like 50% opacity and the active member with 100% opacity white.

When the active member changes, the highlight on the map should update.
