Bump jsonwebtoken and next in /topics/web/react-next

Removes [jsonwebtoken](https://github.com/auth0/node-jsonwebtoken). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [next](https://github.com/vercel/next.js). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `next` from 9.2.2 to 9.5.5
