Update csl style (#6003)

* Update csl style

Sorted the macro names and documents types by alphabetical order. Font-style for the "In" term for chapter type changed to italic. Removed macros genre, place and archive and inserted the variables genre, publisher-place and archive, for simplicity of understanding. Other minor modifications for bibliography and inline style.

* Removed et-al-use-first

Removed et-al-use-first parameter from bibliography.

* Changed et-al-use-first

Changed et-al-use-first to "0"

* Removed duplicated equal sign

Removed "==" on et-al-use-first parameter

* Remove et-al parameters

Remove et-al parameters to have ilimited authors on bibliography
