JabRef version 5.2 on (Arch) Linux 5.12.3 amd64

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create two free search groups
  2. Restart (otherwise, group color is not shown - second bug related to Group's color not saved #6999 ? )
  3. Try an intersection

Hello, I am interested in this issue. Do you mean the intersection failed after restart? I seem to have encountered this bug without restart.
