Add a way in the UI to delete "SSH Targets" in the "Remote Explorer" tab.

Currently there is an add button but no way to delete "SSH Targets" in the "Remote Explorer" tab which makes it difficult to remove some SSH targets from the list. We can workaround by editing ".ssh/config" file but it is a very displeasing way. This issue has also been posted on StackOverflow at https://stackoverflow.com/questions/58957203/how-do-we-remove-ssh-targets-from-remote-explorer .

Expected Functionality: Delete button or option in Remote Explorer Tab to delete SSH Targets.
