Add todo item to a Project #5

Perhaps integrate a # command much like the ! priority command to add the task to a Project rather then the Inbox.

Example:

todo This is my test todo #Personal @call !p2

Would add that item to my Personal Projects with the Call tag along with a Priority of 2.
