[Issue] Problems with UV Mapping Meshes on 32x and above resolution #1416

UV mapping works as intended normally with 32x and above, but when holding SHIFT or CTRL for smaller increments, the UV begins to move in erratic/bizarre ways.
Model format: Generic model
Variant: Program
OS: Windows 10

Video attached shows simply dragging points on the UV, and then dragging them while holding shift - 16x works as expected, but 32x does not.
