Detailed description of your suggestion

In the app, a user selects a Minecraft skin and chooses to open it from https://web.blockbench.net/.

This can be done by carrying the PNG data in the URL using base64, or by adding the PNG's download link to the URL.

Is there currently a solution for this?

Not at the moment, but I think this makes a lot of sense to add.

Thank you. If this feature is implemented, I will embed this editing functionality in my Minecraft Skins app. I believe that thousands of users will use this feature daily.

The links in the document still don't work.
The online version of Blockbench is still Blockbench 4.9.4, not Blockbench 4.10.

That is correct, the release of version 4.10 is scheduled for early May.
