Gifs recorded at specific resolutions do not always output in the correct resolution.

What are you trying to do, and what do you expect to happen?

I'm trying to use View -> Record Gif... and setting the resolution to 512x512 as so:

What happens instead?

However, it outputs it as 511x511px:

I noticed the same thing occurs for many other resolutions - the actual output resolution is 1x1 less than it should be.
