Describe the bug
Since all recent linux distributions are systemd, we don't need to create sysv script. When we enable opendj, it first tries sysv script and failed

# systemctl enable opendj
Synchronizing state of opendj.service with SysV service script with /lib/systemd/systemd-sysv-install.
Executing: /lib/systemd/systemd-sysv-install enable opendj
update-rc.d: error: opendj Default-Start contains no runlevels, aborting.
