Description

Added support for role-based clients (i.e. jans-cli)

Document the changes

the new /app/templates/jans-cli directory under janssenproject/persistence-loader image is synchronized from jans-linux-setup
added new key role_based_client_id into config layer (will be pre-populated into template)
added new key role_based_client_pw and role_based_client_encoded_pw (will be pre-populated into template)
