program does not switch all apps to EcoQos mode

Possible solution / 可能的解决方法

If it appears while on the list, our choice will be EcoQos, we should be able to choose which one will not be touched.

We have to set EcoQos from EnergyStarX app win11 task manager is not good for this also EnergyStarX should be able to get more apps into EcoMod
