Maven POM and settings.xml, see https://central.sonatype.org/pages/apache-maven.html, remove distributionManagement because backports are not supposed to be updated anymore, preparing to archive them.
Remove CI server

JCenter will be around for some time, so repositories don't have to be changed in the BP anymore either.
