I hoping to use this as an age gate for alcohol purchases...

is there a way to modify the Categories for WooCommerce shop categories?

or simply add specific wildcard urls to gate, e.g. */shop/product-category/alcohol/

I'm not a plugin author, but if someone can advise on how to go about enabling the above...
