Newer ScpVBus Drivers

I installed the Scarlet.Crush ScpVBus drivers re-written by Nefarius that were included in the latest InputMapper and ScpToolkit. It seems to work with DS4Windows. Not exactly sure of the benefits. But I just thought it might be of interest.

Tried looking for any reference to it and find exactly what was changed or improved.

Update: Apparently some InputMapper users have issues trying to install it. So some configurations might have incompatibility.
