[Feature Request] JetBrainsMono NL OTF

I found that NL versions only have ttf fonts, why the otf fonts have no NL version?

Because it's easy and faster to make.
Do you have particular use case for the .otf version? Or having some troubles with .ttf?

Nothing bad with ttf but I usually prefer otf than ttf fonts to install as it has more features.

So when I installed the otf fonts and did not found the NL version, I checked ttf fonts and opened this issue.

I prefer NL version than ligature version because I do not like ligatures. I want "what I type is what I see", for example, in Python there is __main__ and I want the underscores be seperated or I might be mistaken and forget one underscore.
