In the bridge, readSegmentedControlButtonStyle() and readIconButtonStyle() should be moved to their own files (new ones if they don't exist, existing ones if they exist). The structure should follow how components and standalone themes are organised.

Actually, there are probably more (e.g., progress indicators/bars). Good luck @hamen :D
