Add workaround for light/dark mode image loading with resources #293

Compose Resource image loading doesn't respect our in-app theme switcher, only depends on system light/dark mode.

We need a workaround for this unless there's a fix for https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/CMP-4197 in time
