Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Just a nice to have honestly.

Describe the solution you'd like
A way to specify a directory/path that acts as the default path when cloning or creating new git repos. Additionally, any directly nested folder would be detected and scanned to see if it is a git repo and if so, added to the repo list.

Hey,

Thank you for your request. Would you mind creating a different issue for this please?

Additionally, any directly nested folder would be detected and scanned to see if it is a git repo and if so, added to the repo list.

As it's a bit of a different issue (related but different).
