Why is MOTA negative in MOT20？ #52

I tried using the MOT20 dataset but got poor results with negative MOTA. Can't the TRADES framework run mot20 datasets?

TraDeS should work for MOT20, where I saw some papers reporting TraDeS performance on it. But I didn't do this experiment.
