Pros

Manual venv management requires environment variable loading via souce venv/activate. This makes tasks stateful.
- For example, Taskfile (introduced in Introduce Taskfile #148) with vscode extension does not work correctly.

Cons

Python interpreter installed via uv is broken about sysconfig, which causes dynamic linker failure for PyO3
- Improve sysconfig metadata when installing managed Python distributions astral-sh/uv#8429
- INCLUDEPY is incorrect astral-sh/python-build-standalone#374
