When processing an app for the first time in Flex 2.5 flex will show the processing spinning circle then it will disappear, but the app is not recognized as processed. IE the arrow next to the executable doesn't show. If you then exit Flex and reopen Flex then go back to that patch, Flex will then recognize that the app has been processed and allow you to see the headers of the executable. Small bug, but highly annoying.
