[PROD] Blockies not generating correctly within actions

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the members page of the MetaColony. View the members and follower tabs.
2. Note each user has a different blockie including those with wallet addresses.
3. Create a new advanced/ simple payment.
4. Select the member dropdown.
5. Scroll down the list and note the same blockie is being used for the wallet addresses that do not match the blockies displayed on the member and followers tabs.

Expected behaviour

• The blockies should correctly generate in actions and motions to match those shown in the member and follower tabs.

Actual behaviour

• Blockies are not generating correctly in member selects within actions
