[PROD] Advanced Payment add rows feature #3970

Steps to reproduce

Create a new advanced payment
Add a number of rows in the table
Select the meatball menu and note the 'add row' icon is a coin, not a plus as per Figma

Expected behaviour

The icon should be a plus to be consistent with the other UI elements with the same behaviour

Actual behaviour

A coin icon is being used for the 'add row' option
