C. Each Invite Campaign and Alliance grant is voted on individually. Citizens can choose how many trust tokens they use for each proposal, with separate buckets.

@SorinStoica4 we already have separate voting buckets for invite campaigns and alliance campaings.

The topic is to have separate votes for each Invite Campaign. The intention is to eliminate any competition between proposals.
The same for Alliances, each one will be voted individually.
