Set up the new SEEDS Token contract

Decisions:
1- Name for the token : SEEDS. Genesis liquid SEEDS need to be locked and progressively converted to SEEDS. Deferred SEEDS are locked and will be progressively converted to SEEDS.

Important: The harvest refactoring is not part of Horizon 1.

2- What is the exact behaviour of this token:

• Token will replace genesis SEEDS (genesis SEEDS will be progressively converted to new SEEDS. Important to destroy genesis SEEDS in the process to avoid fraud)
• Token can be minted by the SEEDS Commons multisig account
• Token is used in the account creation process
• Token can be sent and received
• Token can be staked/unstaked
• Token is used in the harvest protocol (note that the harvest will need to evolve in Horizon 2)
• Token will be available on DEX and LP
• Token will replace genesis SEEDS in the sale contract

3- Do we still need the buckets from the original Seeds tokenomics or will we mint as we go?

No, we don't need the buckets anymore. It was agreed to only convert genesis SEEDS that are associated to an. account. As in, we can destroy all the SEEDS that are in system accounts, with the exception of Milestones SEEDS.

4- Is go live event still relevant in this context?

No go live is NOT relevant anymore.

The work to be done:

• Create the new SEEDS Token contract with all above actions
• Lock Genesis Liquid SEEDS
• Implement the impact on the SEEDS Contracts as this new token replaces Genesis SEEDS
• Manage the co-existence of genesis SEEDS and new SEEDS
• Update the token sale to point to new SEEDS (vs Genesis Seeds
