minWidth property should be supported in responsive prop

Describe the bug

both minWidth and maxWidth are things you can define on a responsive image, it seems there's only currently support for maxWidth in the responsive prop

1. change this line to minWidth https://github.com/Josh-McFarlin/remix-image/blob/master/examples/basic/app/routes/index.tsx#L31
2. see that it shows a typescript error

Expected behavior

As a user I'd expect to be able to set both minWidth and maxWidth properties
