As it looks like the Travis CI tests are passing on Node 10.x a new release with support for that would be neat 👌

Also, it would be even more neat if that release was tagged (as mentioned in #120) and if it would start to have a CHANGELOG as well (see suggestions and arguments at https://keepachangelog.com/) then it would be insanely neat 🥇

Latest release 0.9.4 was 2 years ago:
https://www.npmjs.com/package/ursa

while there are a dozen of patch on master branch:
https://github.com/JoshKaufman/ursa/commits/master

Make sure to update nan too.
nodejs/nan#766

I just proposed a trivial change to check if upstream is still maintaining the project:

Project can be transfered to https://github.com/abandonware until a new maintainer shows up, I am willing to help for co-maintenance.
