Add panel information to survey

We'll dump every found panel's EDID info, and list the information per connector.

This additional unwanted information may be handy to gather a bit more knowledge about what the users use their devices on. And it will ensure we don't miss any.

If there's any other panel-adjacent info that is not part of the EDID, also somehow find out which, and dump them.
