Cord item doesn't get disabled when default yoyos are disabled. #26

Upon configuring the default yoyos to be disabled so as to make yoyos solely through Tinkers' Construct, the default cord item remains enabled, despite not having an actual use.

This is because the cord item is used to craft the yoyo book. I'll leave this open for now to see if I can think of something else

What about just adding a second recipe so the book can also be made from the Tinkers' cord?
