Full log is here. Do you have an idea what's the new way to implement it on Julia 1.9?

Ah this is this PR: JuliaLang/julia#46324

I guess the inference lock is not needed there anymore. Also we probably won't need the ircode reflection here in v1.9 too since there is typeinf_ircode now.

But I come up with a simple fix, we probably want to (and should) do a rewrite of this package for 1.9 soon lol
